Immunity As it Applies to TRump and Biden

The wheels of Fate have turned.

Sure, there will be a transition and all that, but by March of 2025 all that will be in the distant past in political terms.

I imagine that there are Republicans in the House and Senate that are working on what to do with the Biden Crime Syndicate (in Mob terms, "La Familia")

When that action begins, then we will find out the extent that immunity from prosecution covers a sitting or former president.

This wwil wash up on the SCOTUS beach again and again like waves from a storm.

The Biden's extended family will not be covered by executive privilege of course. Though he may be proacted as a former president, the investigations and prosecutions of his family will expose Mr. Biden's participation as the central figure in it all and THAT will become his final legacy.

A great deal of what the Biden crime family were doing was done when he was VP and in the 4 years Trump was POTUS the first time...

So immunity is off the table for a lot of his acts.
