Smile Special counsel Jack Smith expected to wind down Trump prosecutions
The whole purpose of these legal issues was to prevent Trump from running and winning again. Now that he's won, there's no point.

I would LOVE to see the new DOJ go after Jack Smith and YANK his law license.

The charges aren't being dismissed they will be sent over to Adam Schiff who won the Senate seat in California or to Hakeem Jeffries in the house. Democrats will never stop with Lawfare
