Default Who's really running the Dem party?

Maybe here's one the Dems can get behind.

Who do you think is really running the party.

It obviously wasn't Joe, certainly hasn't been Kamala.

We know she won't be running it if she's elected.

So who do you think it is?

Obama?

No one is "running" the Democratic Party. Unlike the Republicans, who blindly follow the dictatorial whims of The Great Leader, the Democrats do things democratically. As much as you may find this hard to understand, there is no evil genius "running" the Democratic Party.

Put away your MAGA delusions and falsehoods. The DNC has the right under their party rules to replace a candidate if they step down:

“Democratic Party rules governing vacancies
See also: Democratic presidential nomination, 2024
Under Article 2 of The Bylaws of the Democratic Party, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) has the responsibility to fill vacancies in presidential and vice presidential nominations between national conventions.[8]

In the event of a vacancy on the national ticket, the chairperson would call a special meeting. Under Article 2 § 8(d), questions before the DNC, with some exceptions otherwise outlined in the charter and bylaws, are determined by a majority vote of the DNC members who are present and voting by proxy. The bylaws also state that voting to fill a vacancy on the national ticket must proceed in accordance with procedural rules adopted by the Rules and Bylaws Committee and approved by the DNC.[8]

Republican Party rules governing vacancies
See also: Republican presidential nomination, 2024
Rule 9 of The Rules of the Republican Party provides guidance on how to fill presidential and vice presidential vacancies.[9]

It says that the Republican National Committee (RNC) is authorized to select a new candidate by majority vote or by reconvening the national convention to fill the vacancy. In the former process, the three RNC members from each state—comprised of a state chair, a national committeeman, and a national committeewoman—would be able to cast the same number of votes as the entire delegation from that state to the convention.[9] Under Rule 9(c), if the three RNC members did not all support the same candidate, their votes would be proportionately distributed.[9] For example, each RNC member would cast 13 of Kansas' 39 delegate votes.”

As you can see, BOTH PARTIES can absolutely replace a candidate after the primaries if they step aside, without holding another primary. So, there is nothing undemocratic about it.

Brasil, so funny.

Great statement. I'm curious do you know how often the dems vote the party line vs the republicans?

Dems almost ALWAYS vote the party line. You think they are debating? Pretty certain they are getting marching orders.

Smartly, they all are united against the MAGA filth that is set on destroying our country.

The few Republicans who vote against orders from the wanna be Fuhrer Trump endure harassment and death threats to their family.
