Well, defining which "bay area" would help. I see your p411 says CA. From the eccie homepage scroll down till you see all the locations and you will see a section for CA.
From there, click on the area that's closest to you. There's a section for San Fran...is that what you mean by bay area?
Once in the appropriate geographic area, click on provider ads forum, and at the top of that section is a thread telling you how to get verified provider status. Good luck!
BTW, you can only create a showcase after becoming a verified provider.
