It depends on the provider; you should really try to find out the genre she likes.

eg: If she's classic rock and your CD/IPOD is Country, Jazz, R&B or Rap; that would kill the mood QUICK

Rakhir, I like buckcherry but not that song. they have a great tune off their first cd called 'dirty mind' that kicks.

I guess I failed to mention this cd was gonna be a mix. Guess I was expecting some suggestions like Fleetwood Macs You Make Loving Fun, Hall/Oates Sara Smile, Madonna Dress You Up, Cheap Tricks She's Tight, etc.....

Wow, I've had sessions where the Provider had music playing in the back ground, had a porn movie playing, even a place where there was a little disco light show going on, but in the end when I'm getting down to business, all that normally disappears...yes even the disco lights...

I don't know if I've ever really paid attention to the background "noise" once a session starts...but that's just me.

But I have to say, having the disco lights going after the session was trip.

...and I do agree with Dennisrn with the music being the Provider's clock, I've asked a Provider or two about why they chose the music that was playing and let me know it was nice music and that it was just a tad over an hour long CD.
