Frontier filtering adult sites?

I've noticed my home internet can not open oh2, but a cell phone connection can... Does anyone know how to change that ?

odd, I've got the exact opposite. Cannot get there when I'm tethered to my cellphone, but if I connect to my Frontier FIOS, works fine.

I dont think its your ISP.. its the sites host. Ive run into the issue where on my PC I cant access the website.. I turn on a different VPN/connection and I can connect. Same on my phone. 24 hours later, my normal connection can get back in.

Consider using a different ISP (Internet Service Provider). I use Frontier for my electricity. My apartment complex is wired for AT&T & Spectrum for internet. I chose Spectrum (someone told me it was cheaper). OH2 is not blocked on Spectrum. I can get in just fine without having to do anything. Pornhub is blocked and will be blocked on any ISP that you use because of what the state of Texas did. See post #3.
