Hobby friendly roommate
I have a large 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a nice gated community in Dallas. For a couple of years one of my hobby buddy friends was a roommate and it worked out very well. Helped both of us save money on housing so we could spend it on hobbying. Great location, my balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub. Bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment worked out great for roommates and privacy.
I am divorced with no kids living here. I have a regular UTR girl I see. My buddy had a rotation of girls he liked to see. But we kept things low key and it worked out great. I don't smoke, and I don't have or want any pets.
