Maybe the Mods could do an intervention on the poor fella before he explodes.

Or Redhott can show him how to start one thread and post 99% of the time in his own thought provoking thread.

Yeah, You need to scroll down to ICU's "Where Wil we be in 2014" thread. It got drowned out because of all the recent new threads. I set an eccie record for using "mother fucker" the most times, in a reply to your post.

Sorry about that btw. It's like a high school acquaintance who got caught having relations with a pig. When anybody said "oink oink" around him he'd get pissed as hell and they'd get in a fist fight. I do the same thing when I read the words "Saez" or "Zucman".

These mother fuckers are like Paul Krugman on speed. They designed Elizabeth Warren's and Bernie Sanders' tax policies. Please remember we came awfully close to having one of those two as the Democratic nominee instead of Biden. You hear Oeb and ICU and others here talking about the USA becoming another Venezuela, and if you're like me you think they're exaggerating. Well, you put Zucman, Saez and a couple of AOC's economists who believe in Modern Monetary Theory in charge of the economy and we've got another Venezuela. OK, maybe I'm exaggerating too, but certainly a situation worse than the Western European countries back in the day when they were run by socialists. It would be the end of American exceptionalism, and China would quickly become the preeminent world economic power.
