Keeping communication between you and law enforcement is only beneficial if it is the following: (1) clearly amounts to entrapment (might want to glimpse at my previous post about that issue
http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=345621); and (2) you (the provider) are not predisposed (likely) to commit the crime. For instance, if you have been arrested or convicted of prostitution in the past, then you are predisposed for that crime.
I suggest you place an attorney on retainer, or if you have a client that's attorney, you reach some type of an agreement for some legal advice.
Believe me, I see mistakes on ads all the time that if corrected could have really helped a provider's case if they did ever encounter law enforcement.
