Racist Fetterman Vandalized a Black Owned Business
When John Fetterman (D) was Mayor of Braddock he vandalized a local black owned business. Fetterman wanted to send a message that the government was going to shut down the black nightclub. This was a TV news story about Fetterman's vandalism at the time:

Well, they never re-aired the 911 noon broadcast that had an interview with a woman near the crash of flight 93, who detailed how it was shot down.
I and an employee watched that broadcast, and we know it was shot down.

Relative to the topic of the post:
Fetterman altered the sign from say opening under new management, to "Closed -not opening soon" BECAUSE
https://vindyarchives.com/news/2010/...to-send-a-mes/
BRADDOCK, Pa. (AP) — The mayor of a western Pennsylvania town says he’s so sick of problems at a nightclub in his town that he altered its sign to send a message to the bar’s owners.
Braddock Mayor John Fetterman was caught on surveillance footage changing the sign in front of Club 804. The sign had said “Opening Soon Under New Management,” but Fetterman changed it to “Closed Not Opening Soon.”
Fetterman on Thursday said he wanted the owners to know he wants the club shut down, calling it “beyond a nuisance bar.” Two people were wounded in a shooting outside the bar last month.
Heres' a link to some of the shootings:
https://www.wtae.com/article/police-...ting/29118002#
Heres another video on UTUBE about it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7QHwwAK0Jw
Or here is another one where someone died near the club.
https://triblive.com/local/1-dead-fo...dock-shooting/
Or the fact this club has also been shut down for health violations too.
https://www.post-gazette.com/busines...s/202105100092
Fetterman is a guy who gives a shit about his community wants to see a nuisance bar shut down, and changes a sign about it. Perhaps if these were migrants who were being killed at the border you'd give a shit about it, because of partisan politics n shit, you focus on it because it wasn't a legal thing to do, but yet likely the right thing to do.
Tell us again why he's a bad guy because he's wants drugs or thugs and killers to not operate nuisance businesses in Braddock? It had zero to do with ethnicity and everything to do with ppl dying.
Better get back to your Koolaid and cookies bud.- there's plenty more copy n pasting to do.

Oh look - you are making excuses yet again for libtard politicians. Why is that.
Here is the bottom line.
Sloth Fetterman committed a crime. As Mayor or as a private citizen he has no legal right to vandalize a local black owned business.
None.
No wonder Brain Damaged Fetterman wants to release all those criminals from jail. He himself is a criminal
Quit making fucking excuses for racist Fetterman

So if a guy takes action for a nuisance business, you'd rather he wait for more people to die, so he didn't trample on the business ownerss rights, vs. victims rights & doing the right thing? That's whats wrong with you loonies on the right. You simply are worried about the owners rights to run a business that has become predatory and a pariah on the entire neighborhood.
I support anyone who shuts down places that are truly negative influences on the locales, and while yeah, he should have likely done it in a more above board way, he stood up for something that was being bad. Unlike the GOP inability to stand up against a bad actor (Trump) or actors (jan 6 and others) , the left has a few people who stand up when they see things that are questionable.
Sinema, Manchen or those Dems close to the southern border, have stood up to say that things aren't copacetic. Pubetards, however are in lock step for the reason of messaging only. They really have no power right now and realize that this is the only power they have. If they were ever to speak truth, they'd be ready to confirm that some of the candidates are weak. Hell even Mitch said the senate had weak GOP candidates. You know- the ones that Trump picked. LOL.

There is such a thing called the law. No one is above it. As much as you want racist Fetterman to ignore the law and do what he wants, he can not do so unless he breaks the law like he did
Fetterman committed a crime. No wonder Brain Damaged Fetterman wants to release all those criminals from jail. He himself is a criminal
As an epilogue to this story, Sloth Fetterman's criminal crusade against a black own business opening in his hometown did not succeed. Club Elegance is still open today. DJ Coles played there last week and there was a food truck outside.

you are missing the point. fetterman acted outside his scope of authority even as mayor. oh did i mention even mayors can't trespass? or damage property? the club had multiple issues including health violations, fetterman could have simply used that as a reason to shut down the club.
he acted like a rogue mayor/wild west sheriff who makes up the law to suit him. think Little Bill in "Unforgiven".

I'm not suggesting that he acted within all the legal bounds. BUT there is a huge stretch to call him rascist, only because the business has black ownership. As a matter of fact, that is actually nothing to do with the whole matter. Which is why your credibility is of raising the quote of him being rascist is a joke. There were attempts to make the club accountable and they simply renamed it and reoganized it. Which is exactly what happened. As is the case, the establishment is open, but doesn't mean it's a business worthy of having in the area; But to your point- I agree that they should take the correct legal actions to shut it down. But I also would think you'd take the same LEGAL perspective on the people who were identified as insurrectionists on jan 6th. Afterall, if you are gonna demand protection of and for it, then you cannot pick an choose the ones you like- or mitigate the ones you dont'.

So to recap, you agree Fetterman broke the law by vandalizing a black owned business
As far as Fetterman being a racist, this is just one of many incidents that show Fetterman is a racist. So yeah, he deserves to be called a racist because that is what he is

Jan 6th was a riot not an insurrection. the crimes/punishment being meted out are excessive to the extreme. especially if you consider the punishments being given the those other rioters last summer. or lack thereof.
fetterman's "concern" over the shooting at this club is strange considering he clearly thinks even violent criminals should be released from prison. has he even said what he considers a crime that is "too violent"? would murder 1 be ok for release for fetterman?
