Default Upper respiratory virus

Anybody have the latest and greatest URV? Thankfully I don't suffer from allergies, but I did catch this terrible respiratory virus which is hung on for 20 some days. Sadly it has a lot of upper sinus issues, and a constant cough produced by post nasal drip. One reason I'm posting this, is that I've never had one that hung on this long, and despite testing myself negative for covid two times, it still seems to linger on. Anybody else have this, and if so what did you do to help get past the damn thing?

Had it also. It just acted like a cold that. Didn't want to leave. Still have small attacks of cough etc etc. Nothing to do but let it run its course eye

Sounds like something I had about 15-20 years ago? Same thing, like a cold that would not go away. A cough that sticks around. My Dad caught it too, and it damaged his lungs enough to cause COPD (on top of smoking & working around welding fumes and hazardous chemicals). Took me over a month to get over it.

I have a coworker that had it. She still has a cough after about four weeks. Doesn't have allergies either. She ended up getting an inhaler which seemed to help her cough lessen.
