Write your hobby # down on a piece of paper. Hand it to her where no one else will see you and say maybe we can help each other out. Let her make the next move. Is there some reason you can not help someone who needs a hand without expecting something in return? Why not tell her she is worth helping, and simply do so, with no strings attached?

I always get chatty with (ladies) no matter where...cashiers, servers, elevators, wherever and if the opportunity permits I give them my number on a card and tell them to call me if they wish.
