What's the purpose of strip bars?

Received a message/invite from a popular, beautiful and highly reviewed hottie last night to come see her dance at a local titty bar. As much as I wanted to finally meet her after playing phone tag forever, I just could not motivate myself enough to get dressed and leave the comfort of home because in all honesty I can't stand the environment.
I'm not really into alcohol but of course that's no big deal as I could always just sip some overpriced bottled water. It's the environment which I don't get.

So here we are with a bunch of single leering guys staring at a girl they can't touch as they throw $$ on a stage so they can leave both broke and more frustrated than they were before they came or more accurately Didn't cum.
I imagine a scene of starving drooling guys who haven't eaten in a month staring at a cooked Thanksgiving turkey up on stage which they can only sniff as they yell "Oh Yeah baby! You look good enough to eat. So good I'd settle for a sip of your gravy" and then stick a bill up it's ass. Next they just leave.......... hungry and broke mumbling to themselves "That was the best meal I NEVER had" or "I've never seen So much and done So little in all my life".

A lap dance only leaves you even worse off. Now-a-days you can watch hotties in free online porn to your hearts content if you need something to stoke the imagination as you wank off or bang the wife so that can't be it. You can even get one-on-one actual relief from a 1/2 hour board special for the same $ you tossed on stage. I know why the girls are there but what's the draw for you guys? If the lovely girl who invited me is reading this I hope you can understand my pass on it.

I'm sure for some they are lots of fun. The main reasons I hear why men don't want to go to them are these. Door fee, two drink minimum, smoky, stripper goo, too loud of music, sticky floors, can't touch them, might be seen by someone they know, extras in a room where one eye is on the girl and one eye is on the door watching out for a manager so one can never really relax and the way they are hustled and manipulated as long as their wallets are out. Once the dance is over she bounces and you're just left there with a pocket rocket and no release. After spending $200 on dances you're like " now what "?
The reason gentlemen come see me is because they know my rates up front. They can be "comfortable" while with me and will realize they are with a genuine person who is interested in what they have to say. Plus it's an amazing intimate time together unlike in a distracting situation. Everyone enjoys different things, some men like the titty bar and tipping girls on stage and watching awesome pole acts. Strip clubs have been around for years and they aren't going anywhere, it can be fun to go to once in awhile to see what you can see. I do hear that they serve pretty good food, but a girl has to be accompanied by a gent to go eat there. Rule number #1 leave your credit card at home! If that's not your scene but you still would enjoy a sexy lap dance then you do have another option.

Cody - I couldn't agree with you more. I don't understand going to a loud,smokey strip club paying cover charges,outrageous drink prices and paying $10/$20 to get dry humped by a gal for one lap dance........the hobby gets me a MUCH better time and no smokey smelling clothes

I love the hobby but I can see why one go to the SC. There are some good deals to be had if you are willing to do some recon. Very much like the street game in some ways. Even a cheapo like me does not mind dropping some coin every once in awhile knowing it won't lead to anything. How many places am I going to be able to have a dozen or so gals touch me? I usually just get about 40 bucks in ones and tip the gals. They always seem to like my goatee so I usually get some face buried in a chest!

Strip clubs are a good primer for a meeting w/ a provider. Seeing a bunch of pretty naked girls just before you visit your ATF adds to the afternoon play time. Also, the idea that they are "no touch / no extras" is certainly not accurate. I don't hit the strip clubs very often but every once in awhile they can be fun. I've had plenty of BBBJ's in clubs and FS is available as well. Sometimes you will strike out but that's when you call a provider and go fuck your brains out. I think part of the appeal is the hunt. You hit the club and check out the talent. Pick your target and try to get laid. That could be a problem. I've never been a chase after kinda guy. She either knows I'm equally worth her time or she isn't worth mine has been my motto. Of course that could also be macho for fear of rejection or flat out lack of patience on my part lol

Budman's got it. It's the hunt. Manuevering to accomplish more than CodyBeast describes. I'll also ad that the experience is drasticly different with experience. What I mean is that once you learn to quickly get past what, on the surface, seems to be happening, there is a different experience to be had at the 2nd and 3rd levels of the game. Once you are known to the players, little time is spent in the 1st level of the game. There is a reason P10's VIP rooms take up almost half the club, and you can't even see the main stage from them. People in there don't care what's going on in Level 1. But, there are only so many lives available to reach levels 2 and 3. Unless, of course, you brought your ATM card. Additioinal player lives can be purchased.

Sometimes I just want to go out and see some good looking girls. Maybe I do want to find some forbidden fruit & see if any play.

Or I've got an hour to kill and I don't want to go back home. If you get in before the door fee, you can sit there and enjoy yourself for hours, for the price of a beer.

I visited P10 for the first time the other night after a date didn't go as well as I'd hoped. $10 door fee, $3 beer, and I was good. There were at least 10 different hotties that came up to me & wanted to get some of my money. I got a dance from one, so another $20, which wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Still, I spent an hour and a half there and enjoyed it.

Back in "the Day" there were no Lap Dances at all just air dances at or on the table.
But they were much more popular and populated back then. Wild and crazy with a lot more laughter and playfulness. Well worth the bucks.. I mean try walking up to a pretty girl and saying.." I will give you 2 dollars if you take off your top and dance". Ha!

Attending such a place alone (IMHO) can generate the feelings that Cody Beastie spoke of.
But with a group of friends or associates can be a fun evening ( expensive but fun) .
