Well Alaine I was a piercer in a pretty well known well reputable tattoo parlor so I do have pretty great sterilization knowledge and practice. I have discussed with the client many times if he is still comfortable and he says he is. Any other advice?

I've had men suggest using sounds on me and I'd suggest never allowing that.

I'm going to parrot a little bit of what alaine has suggested that many people will want to do this, or try it on a female, and then there are all sorts of problems that can happen.

One of the reasons why I haven't learned sounds is because I do not have an autoclave, which I believe is necessary if you're going to start offering the service.

There are men out there that are surely searching for it.

Some will suggest the one-time use instruments.

Again, though, I would suggest that you a local kink group, or a lifestyle Domme that is familiar with this practice, and get lessons.

Some activities, I think you can learn from your clients or going to a demonstration at some kink event.

Sounds are one of those activities that I just believe requires a bit more knowledge (than many of us have, me included) in order to perform this without anyone getting hurt.

There are a few topic on this subject. If you do an Eccie search, just type in sounds and that should bring up a few topics. (helpful hint: Just search in another realm. It'll be easier that way!)
