REJECTED: Judge rejects the sweetheart Plea Deal from the corrupt DOJ for Hunter

In a rare move, the Judge rejected the sweetheart plea deal given to the Biden Crime Family by the corrupt DOJ

The Hunter Biden plea deal was apparently more outrageous and far reaching than had previously been publicly known.

In return for pleading to the two misdemeanor tax fraud charges, with a joint recommendation of no prison time, Hunter was getting not just pretrial diversion on his felony gun charge that would leave his record clear if he completed probation, but also broad guarantees against further prosecution on a wide range of other charges that haven’t been publicly aired as of yet.

Hunter refused to plead guilty without these guarantees, so the judge effectively blew up the plea.

Hunter wanted to walk away from a decade of criminal activity, including potential FARA violations and other serious criminal charges, with a slap on the wrist.

It’s a scandal that Senile Biden’s Corrupt DOJ was willing to agree to this kind of a deal.

Fortunately, Judge Norieka rejected it

Alas, knowing he is in deep shit, Hunter finally agreed to a lesser but still sweetheart deal. But blanket immunity - which was the most offensive provision - is off the table. I suppose that counts as a win for justice.

Reporters present in the courtroom have said the judge seemed highly skeptical of the "unusual deal" from the get-go, as it offered Hunter Biden BROAD immunity from prosecution in perpetuity.

The judge questioned why it was filed under a provision that gave her no legal authority to reject it. She then asked Leo Wise, the top prosecutor, if there was any precedent for that kind of deal being proposed.

He replied, "No, your honor."

It's hard to imagine public corruption more blatant than this - all from Senile Biden's corrupt DOJ.

This is very surprising.

Eh, it's not that surprising. It was a sweetheart deal and it deserves more scrutiny. The way this was structured is within the judge's discretion.

The important thing here is that justice be meted out. Judge is doing the right thing by not rubber stamping the deal.

It was indeed quite surprising. But I think what changed was the backlash for giving such a deal and the exposure by the Judiciary and Oversight Committees and testimony of the IRS Whistleblowers

Hunter Biden’s conditions of release include:

* he must not consume alcohol or *****
* he must not possess a firearm
* he must submit to random **** tests as required
* he must actively seek employment
* he must participate in ******* abuse therapy
* he must not violate any laws

Avoiding ***** and alcohol for Hunter is like telling someone not to breathe.

hard to decide what's more egregious here .. the blanket immunity in perpetuity apparently for any future charges or dropping the felony of knowingly falsifying a fed gun checked purchase. i mean .. the dude does have a law degree, right?? kinda hard for a lawyer not to know he was lying. and why did he think he needed a gun anyway? did he fuck over some mafia type? poke the wrong guy's wife?
