Dude, just ask her for her number? These ladies are cautious, just be discreet about it. Yes you are a client of the establishment. I have stayed several times in different cities and it is really cool to get them over to you place for overnight adventures. It doesn't break the bank either. In order to get antibiotics in Mexico you need a prescription. But most of the pharmacys has a Doctor next door ready to give you one. Of course is going to cost you, (Similares Pharmacy was 50 pesos last time I was in Monterrey). But you will have no problem.
