I have only ever seen that in casinos. Generally the banks limit transactions from ATMs to $500 a day. Also, most transations average out to about $50 bucks providing a disincentive to having $100's in the machine.

the chase ATMs inside the branch usually let you choose the bills ranging from $5 to $100 bills with a limit well above $500.

My bank has an ATM run by a video teller and she'll give any denomination you request open 7-7, 7 days a week

Chase if it is an inside ATM and over $500. For example, ask for $1000 and get 8x$100 and 10x$20

You need to have one to access the indoor ATM after hours, if the branch has it. My local branch has it to where you can put your debit card in the door and it unlocks after hours.
