It's a placebo, then again aren't they all. It's a mesh mask with the inside filter and fabric completely removed.
I saw mesh masks sold online, but they were all see-thru. The one that I modified looks solid but isn't. There's also a gap so it doesn't touch nose or lips, and no foggy glasses. Comfortable "compliance" for a hassle-free shopping experience.
