Yeah as mentioned, Cabaret and RP are the best places to try for it.
Don't go on the weekends because a crowded club might make the more cautious chicks turn you down for fear of getting caught, and there's more competition from other guys.
Basically either get a lapdance there out in the open then while getting the dance ask if you go to the VIP with her if she'll do any extras. Or get a VIP dance from her and while she's doing the dance again ask if she does extras.
