You just made the argument for Trumps innocence!!!! He was POTUS WHEN he had the documents. He had the power to declassify everything THEN. Bribes was a Senator and VP WHEN he took the documents. He committed the crimes THEN. He had classified documents WHEN he wasn’t authorized to have them.

To be found "guilty" of something, you have to be charged with a crime first. What's the crime? Biden hasn't been charged with anything.

Also, super hilarious how we trust the special counsel on certain things that we like to hear, but not with others, that we don't. This is the crux of the entire problem, really.

So, is it only against the law when Biden does it? Hello?? Arguing that Biden broke the law here isn't really the flex you think it is. You're also admitting that someone else broke the law and should be locked up. Except Biden actually cooperated with the investigation - which means a much lighter sentence.
