Going forward. I'm going to text every provider who receives a negative review like this to let them know I won't be seeing them.

This level of service (or lack of service) is becoming the norm. And while I know I'm just one voice, It just upsets me that what was once a pretty enjoyable hobby has become rife with stupid BS.
