I posted a review recently which was denied credit by SOULMANIKE because it was "over 30 days old". I replied back to SOULMANIKE stating that the date of the review was to be read as "August 2016", not August 16, 2016 and that the review was definitely under 30 days old. I have not received any reply to my clarification in two days, so I was hoping somebody else here could help me instead.

If that was the way it was written then Ike was wrong to deny it for that reason.

It should have been denied as incomplete , since you did not give the date. Dates are required for the review to be complete.

How was Ike to know that you did not see her on August 1, 2016? Which is over 30 days.

Sorry I was trying to be slightly vague when it came down to specific date. The meeting was on the week of 22nd of April. I can edit the thread to reflect that as well.
