Not much different from Clinton's Impeachment charge, lying about getting a Blow Job. Trump's lies about a payment to Stormie Daniels is a minor difference, in that it involved a falsified business recording. Same principle though, lying about scoring sex outside marriage.
I view this as a tit-for-tat, Trump getting, ahem, Tit for that.
Democrats haven't forgotten after 25 years. It's time to get even.
The DOJ at the top, dirty Dems and Rinos very afraid of what's being exposed about DC .

Trump is taking about the state court prosecution in New York on hush money to the lien star. That’s nit the justice department. ‘
And both you and Trump should be delighted to know that being indicted has its advantages. You get to defend yourself in public. Your pursuers have to put up, or shut up. They have the burden of proof to prove you’ve broken the law and they have to do it behind a reasonable doubt.
‘Trump gets to confront and cross examine witnesses against him. He gets to subpoena documents or witnesses who can contradict the State’s case. For a guy who has allegedly been pushed relentlessly by witch hunts it’s a great chance fir him to clear his name.
But why is the acting that way? I’m, likely because he’s guilty as sin and did just what they said he did.
Whether Trump is guilty or not.......or if the charges are all politically motivated is up to debate and interpretation.
What's 100% fact is every time they try something like this or when the press gets leaked another false story, lefties all across the country get all riled up, ask Lucy to hold the football so they can kick a field goal......and she yanks it away at the last second EVERY single time.
I heard of one small group ''protesting'' in Vegas, outside of Trump's Hotel. Granted there has been no arrwst or indictment yet, but... What if either comes this week, and the protests don't appear?
It is a risky strategy, asking Supporters to protest. If there aren't thousands in States across the Country (excepting California and Massachusetts), Trump's Presidential Bid is doomed.

Comparing Clinton lying to Congress and Trump.....who did Trump lie to while under oath being questioned about Daniels? I do not want to see Trump run again, which is probably what this is about, but all it does is give him a spotlight to question the evidence and testimony against him. Bragg is the poster child for affirmative action in America and his abilities as a lawyer are probably on par with those of a Freshman Political Science Major and that's being polite.
