Lol. Those were the...let's just say the old days. It was virtually no contact whatsoever (as in YOU can't let your hands roam...her butt could grind on you, or she could shove her boobs in your face). If your hand even grazed a booty, you would get a stern warning, i.e. a mush face "NO TOUCHING!" warning from the stripper, or get jacked up by the bouncer..similar warning with an EXPLETIVE in there.

More than one of these on the same night would probably get you thrown out.

Fast forward over some time, and maybe another club in another city. Maaaaaybe you could sneak a feel in if the girl likes you a little, i.e. you're a consistent visitor and tipper. She'll sit in your lap sometimes when you first show up, which means you can get a hug and 'support' her weight on your thigh, which means your hand is in contact with some measure of naked flesh on her body. In essence, you're copping a feel the few minutes she's sitting in your lap.

It all depends on the city/state/country/club. I got yelled at once in Canada because my shoe was over the stage, not on the stage, but hovering over by maybe 4 inches or so. I pulled back once I was told but later on a stripper dragged me on stage to tip her.

In Tampa, FL (late 90s early 2000s) you used to be able to touch titties but not asses. Meanwhile in Cocoa Beach you could touch asses but not titties. Tampa implemented a "6 foot rule" and that was a circus which eventually had strippers on street corners with signs saying "no 6 foot rule" and "I am a single mom and can't afford to feed my kids now". I quit going to strip clubs when it became too business-like. I think part of the main problem is going to be overall capacity. For some period of time, large, close crowds will not be permitted. Table spacing, less chairs, less amount of people let in, at a time, like 50% less. Possibly things like no buffets, handling drink condiments differently, etc. Killjoy that spells real trouble, in itself.

Well in the KC metro, the clubs followed the laws, after the laws changed in 2010. Then they became lax for years. Then after the first of Feb., one club went back to following the letter of the law. It made going in fruitless, if you weren't allowed to touch and their nipples were covered.
Lawrence, KS clubs were losing so many customers, that the good looking girls started quitting. They wanted to make $500 a night but made around $200. Some were stepping up in VIP, to keep the regulars coming back for dances.
I think that the clubs might shut down altogether if they can't make a good profit or just turn into bar & grilles. If you can't come in close contact, it defeats the whole reason to go. If I want to see out of shape or homely looking girls in bikinis, I will just go to the pool for free. Lol.

First off, the strip clubs here in Houston closed down along with about every other "non-essential" business. At some point, the restaurants, bars and theaters will be allowed to reopen . . .and the strip clubs will too.

The Hobby World will be different going forward, and not just for strip clubs. However, things will find a new normal and The Hobby will come back. It used to be that HIV was a death sentence . . .100% fatal . . .but not now. Just like Aids and HIV, there will be treatments. We are seeing a huge effort in that now. Unlike AIDS.HIV, I think a vaccine will be developed. Eventually, the WooHanFlue will no longer be the boogy man it is today.

Strip Clubs? Just think of all the women who are newly unemployed right now. By august, I think many will be back at work . . .but many will not. For many, the thought of being a full-service provider is not a welcome option yet being a stripper might not be so bad. For others, otuand out hooking will be OK. I see a steep rise in the availability of new providers and Sugar Babies in the coming months. By the time things smoothout and folks are not wearing masks everywhere, Christmas will be on the horizon and the need for extra money will drive more into hooking in some form.

Sure, the dancers will be less open to contact in the clubs . . .but OTC action will be much easier to get.

I look for the SW scene to pick up too as LE is distracted by other pressing matters.

However depending on the club management will see if they enforce it or not

however I feel like a lot of clubs have gotten more relaxed on this and it's nothing to do with the coronavirus but because guys just don't want dances anymore that's not enough especially with all the free porn that's available
