Anybody tried this one? I texted her asking how long she was going to be in town and asked about donation. I get a response a couple of minutes later saying she's ready now and gives me an address. Seems a little quick to give out location, especially when i hadn't even asked yet.

Yeah, that's too quick for a real provider.
Most normal providers are horrible at responding quickly. And those that DO respond quickly, you gotta go through several vague responses before they even give an address or location.
