9. The weather is pretty good year around. I am relishing that it will be low 60's today in Feb.!
8. A really great bar scene! Strangeways' beer selection kick ass
7. Texans are a friendly and honest group overall (just don't mess with 'em)! I am happy to be back where people say "howdy", "Darlin'" and "Sweetie".
6. Any place that still holds debutante balls and regards cheerleading as a sport worth fighting over is boss in my book!
5. Cost of living and that EVERYTHING is bigger (and yes BETTER) in Texas.
