Public Service Announcement
Well I hear that the jungle drums have been beating about me recently. To get right to the point, Yes, I just spent a week in the hospital for major depression. Lots of crap going through my life the last year, a lot of which has been shared her. Yes, I'm doing better with some medications and therapy. I guess my message to all of you is if you are down and depressed about something, and it's not going away, TALK to someone. There are programs out there to help everybody. I've always said that we are ALL bi-polar to some degree, just some of us more than others!
