Ive ran across a few provider pagers that are labeled "Banned". How can a provider be banned from this site?

A newbie mistake... has only been here since April... so I will cut him some slack for the question. BUT, they can go to information to find out what constitutes being banned.

A provider can be banned from our site just like any other member. They either stack up enough violations to earn them a suspension or they violate a guideline which we have zero tolerance such as outing.

If a provider is banned for something serious like outing is that something members can discover? I don't want to see a provider who has been banned for outing or something else serious, but if she is just talking shit in co-ed I don't care. Is there a way to tell the difference?
