Security concerns
Ok, I am probably stirring shit up here, but so be it.
Last night at around midnight, a thread was posted the could quite possibly qualify for the SPA Of The Year, if such an award existed. The post claimed to be written by someone other than the provider who owned the account, and claimed the provider who owned the account had some serious issues going on that made her a danger to the community. The post is now gone, which is understandable given that at the very least it violated several posting guidelines, particularly speculation about illegal substances and health status.
However, here is my concern. The first sentence of the post acknowledged that the author of the post was not the provider. Regardless of whether any of the claims in the post are true, one thing is obvious. This provider does not have control of her own account. In spite of that, when I check her account today, her account still has verified provider status, with access to Infoshare.
I think the post should have been edited to remove the portions that violated guidelines, while leaving the rest of the post intact, but I realize that is a call of the moderators to make. However, at the very least, we have an unknown person of questionable legitimacy who has access to the women's private area. So my question is why wasn't her VP status revoked the instant it became obvious that the provider in question did not have control of her own account?

Welcome to the ml, it happens to us all the time. I did see the post and you are correct, I believe it said her cousin wrote it. It definately didnt sound good and would make me cautious on sharing any info anywhere. I hadnt looked up her account but I would also question why she still has access to any privileged info.

I always thought it was standard procedure to disable the account if there is even the slightest hint that it had been compromised.. but then again it seems I know less and less as time goes by.
