If you are visiting Longview, then North Longview is the best area to set up INCALL. Stay away from the Interstate 20 Area.
If you are visiting Tyler, then South Tyler is the best area to set up INCALL. Stay away from North Tyler. The Interstate 20 Area of Tyler has 3 good INCALL options. Just make sure it has a Lindale Address.
I cannot speak for Texarkana, Lufkin, or Beaumont.
