I just saw on Ian Moore FB page an original band reunion. I went to the website and was excited to see that they will be playing songs from his first two albums... August 13th at Antones.

oh the days of steamboat on 6th street. im pretty sure i still have my Ian Moore Band tshirt somewhere. if my memory doesn't fail me, he ended up moving to portland for a while and took a different route with his music. something about "not wanting to hide behind his guitar anymore".

He is actually in Seattle Still and going back a little bluesier with the Lossy Coils. On his Website he did say the original Ian Moore band is gonna release an unreleased 3rd album...

I saw him play at the Ghost Room during SXSW and he actually did muddy Jesus it sounded awesome...

Thanks for the FYI. I had an early cd that was really good, I mean good, good guitar, and the next one was just crap. Love to hear him rip the muddy Jesus. Thanks again.............
