That's not cool... It ruins the fun and also makes it difficult to trust good providers on rate ... Timing of her upscaling makes it deceiving... Not cool. I respect provider rates and unless you demand something substantial, I see no reason to change the deal last minute... thanks for sharing

Funny you mentioned that price and NYC cause I was interested in someone in NYC at the $600 rate. Based at salary.com's cost of living site, $600 in NYC is the same as $258 in NWA and a little higher in Little Rock.
