How does a member communicate with a Moderator from his home state (Connecticut) when both SROnly and KohanaKoa have their accounts disabled?? How do I get a review approved for Premium Access credit without a moderator?? How does the provider I last reviewed get the review added to her showcase??

Is anybody home???

The other moderators pick up the slack for that area if need be... looks like your last reviews have already been moderated by KohanaKoa. So I'm not sure why you would need assistance from any other moderator right now.

Moderators will do a flyby on occasion to assign reviews in areas which there is a need for extra moderation. This includes review assignment.

Yes he did approve my recent review, but did not add it to the providers showcase. That made me think about submitting my next review for fear that nobody is watching the store (It is kind of lonely in CT as far as ECCIE goes). I didn't say I needed immediate assistance, I was just wondering what to do because I tried to PM Kohana about the review not being added to the providers showcase and I was not able to get through.....

Ed, there are two different things going on here. Profiles and Showcases. The Showcase is simply linked to her profile, they are a totally different database on the site. Thats why when you click on the showcase tab another popup box shows up and you click on that to actually open the showcase, rather than a single click.

Once a review is approved subsequently assigned to the lady, the review will automatically appear in her profile, under the review tab.

On her showcase the review will not automatically show up. They lady controls her own showcase and the content within it, not us. If she wants your review to appear in her showcase, SHE has to put the link in there herself, manually.
