Red Rocks is a must see whether you’re a music fan or nature lover. Rocky Mountain Arsenal is great to see bison and deer. For more culture the Denver Art Museum is really nice and it puts you close enough to walk and see the sights downtown as well.

Totally agree regarding Red Rocks.

IMHO it is the greatest music venue in the world and I go sometimes even if I do not know the band. Sit at/above row 40; the sound quality is great, close enough to see the stage show, and you get to watch the thunderstorms roll over the Denver skyline in the distance

The Denver Tech Center (DTC) is relatively safe, close to shopping/restaurants, and easy parking. You might check out Westminster as well ( it’s the northern suburbs). Have a great visit!😉
