People on the ground or experienced ones can confirm or deny this and it won't affect me personally as I won't be asking for services but I have read that some, most or all agencies/escorts ask for some extra fee on the top of what is advertised like $20000 for taxi fee or $40000 for oral without condom ...etc. If so it is something to have in mind.

When it comes to agencies and spas, in most cases fee is for basic services, for a few agencies and indys, extras are included in the fee to the extent of their limits. Many indys, agency and spa girls will not do oral without a cover, some advertise it, some dont, and a few will blacklist you Jus for asking if they do oral without. Fees vary for extrras vary greatly. Best if you negotiate ahead of time.

Not sure but I think it depends on type of oral. receiving is pretty much safe and most do without extra charge (I am guessing based on what I have read in reviews) but what some may avoid (or black list client or charge extra) is giving which is proven to be not as safe (BBBJ for example). But I think blacklisting a client for just asking oral without is just too much!!.

For example in this review (by our great reviewer look74) both DATY and BBBJ are listed and my understanding of the review is that no extra charge was made. Btw, the agency is Eroticasbogota not solitasparati/Nisha (the highly recommended agency) so they may have a different policy.
