I feel VIOLATED !!!

So I took a break from hobbying because I have 2 civie jobs that I love. But I've been feeling frisky lately and was going to post on eccie for a this week. Well as I'm browsing I see this member http://www.eccie.net/member.php?u=82144 using my pic as his avatar. I dont know this man. Never met him and certainly did not give him permission to use my picture. People taking liberties like this is why I felt the need to leave the hobby in the first place. This just put a horrible taste in my mouth. I wont be returning this week now,

Ok.. calm the eff down.

1. You posted that pic in PUBLIC...I remember seeing it on one of your "photography" threads. Once it is on the internet.. its free game.
1A. Yes.. its shitty for someone on here to use your image without your consent, I agree. Just CALMLY ask him to take it down.

2. Don't effing scream security if all your other pics show your face. People aren't dumb.. and can put two and two together. If you want security/discretion as your defence, IN MY OPINION.. you need to sacrifice showing your face on one or the other business. Probably here... since the other is a "legit" thing.

3. NEVER cross the lines between REAL LIFE and HOBBY LIFE... You shouldn't be posting photo examples of real life people on a hooker board, like in your LAST photography thread. Only post pics of providers. I am sure that those fellas in your collage really don't want their face all over some silly hooker board. BTW - who the hell is Jay Jackson... Me thinks your advertising will draw a ton more questions than you really want. (really hopes thats just another nickname for yourself)

4. Not everything requires one to "freak out" and "feel violated".... He could just be one of the dumbasses that happen to have a hair up his ass about creative photos.. and to be honest.. it IS a great creative photography photo. Relax a little. Go back to 1A and be calm.

It seems to me that you should feel flattered that the guy has choosen to use your picture as his advatar. Obviously he must have been a client of yours that was impressed with your service and possibly you became his ATF. It is not like he is a provider using your whole picture gallery in a ad to attract business or something. I would almost think that as a provider, this would be the type of publicity you would want to have, satisfied customers using your image to show satisfaction with your service level?

And feel free to pm me later I have a site that lets me pull up their info connected to their phone line. From there you can get names, addresses, hell even relatives names in some cases ( I used to work as a skip tracer for a collection agency so E stalking is a talent I acquired )
