Drake at the Area 29 strip club.
Being reported that Drake dropped a million dollars at Houstons Area 29 strip club.
Did not even know this place existed.
https://area29houston.com/
After checking out the prices to get into this place I fully understand why it doesn't have any reviews on here.

I'm sure some 'dancers' had epic nights.

My gosh,$2500 for the best seat in the house.
That is an expensive cover charge.
There better be some great freebies.
At that rate I could find a super high end escort.
What am I missing?

It was shut down soon after it opened due to violations during the pandemic, it reopened just a few weeks ago, maybe a couple months max. Its def a "make it rain" type place and crowd. I think it would be fun to go, but I am really not into blowing that much cash at strip clubs in one night. I spent $3500 in vegas one night, barely remember it, and swore I wouldn't do that again. I haven't since.

A million is cash is a lot of mass. Doubtful credit card would okay a million in charges. Most likely a bunch of over blown bs.

to be fair, it is the end of the year and finding reputable donation entities for your tax liability is hard to find.
All dancers did complete a 501(c) donation receipt before their shift ended

I don't think so - drake has more number one hits than the beatles. Him spending a million is like us blowing $1000. He is literally a billionaire.

Did you even read the article or look at the pictures, it was cash.?????
They had plenty of time to set the party up, obscene excess is what that group does.

Uhhh…he is literally NOT a billionaire. Not like he’s Ye or Jay. Those 2 might be a little pissed at your putting Drake amongst their ranks.
But, hey…what’s the difference between $200M and $1B between friends.
Factoid: The Beatles had 20 #1 hits. The most of all time. Drake…9. Not bad, but let’s get it straight.

P does have a point though. $1M in singles is a shit-ton of paper. That many uncirculated bills stacked on top of each other would be the length of a football field (including end zones) and would weigh in excess of a ton.
Take that more than one ton of strapped bills and start tossing $100 straps at the dancers. Don’t even remove the straps, just toss them. If you can manage to toss a strap every second (no drink breaks), it would take almost three hours.
It’s not a stretch to believe he spent $1M total with bottle service, dances, tips, etc., but dropping that much in singles would actually be like work. LOL

I'm sure it was a combination of cash and card (or other payment means). Not hard to believe that the total cost, renting the venue, staffing, security, drinks, transportation to and from, high dollar hookers, dancers, private media recordings, etc. and a few hundred K in cash could have topped a million.

you are correct: In terms of “Top 10 hits” on the Hot 100 chart, Drake has 42 to The Beatles' 34
