Location?

Hello all!!
I am visiting Austin this week, arrived last Saturday and will be leaving this Saturday.. It's been pretty slow for me though. Im wondering if it's my location? I'm staying near the domain.. is this not a good place to hobby?

Some guys in South Austin complain about having to go through traffic on IH35 to get up North (like the Domain).

Personally as a northern suburbs guy, I don't mind visiting the Domain. I just don't like delivering food there..lol..

Considering not everyone reviews I'd say you are doing quite well unless I guess you prefer higher volume.

As far as location I would recommend more North like the Parmer/35 area or Pflugerville.

Round Rock is also a viable option although the naysayers will cry foul about hobbying in Williamson County. As long as you advertise only on eccie and conduct yourself discretely you will be fine there. Lots of hard dicks and disposable income in Williamson County.

North and Northwest Austin seem to be high volume locations for plenty of girls. Just find one you like (i thought you had...) and the advertising and REVIEWS will bring therm in.

(I don't know why you would ever locate in Pflugerville or round rock, unless you want to LIMIT your number of clients)

Suggest you consider dropping your rate to $150/250 and see how much additional interest you might receive. Many Austin guys are just getting tired of and complaining about out-of-town providers from DFW/HOU/SATX come into town and jack up their rates. However, there are some traveling ladies who only ask this $150/250 rate and who are busy from the time they arrive until they leave. Just saying if you prefer higher volume...

You chose a good location. I don't think Parmer Lane is considered Domain, though - maybe I'm wrong.

See the sticky thread in this forum about Williamson county to find out what Hollis and Cap'n are talking about. I think Cap'n may be confused about Pflugerville though. It's mostly in Travis county, but there are small parts of it in Wilco.

Southies will drive north if they're motivated enough. Maybe you could run specials for people in certain zip codes. Easy enough for people to show their driver's license if they want a discount.

Bugle makes a good point that Austin is a bit cheaper than one would expect for a city as expensive and popular. Guys here like to haggle or tell us what we should be charging. There are beautiful and talented girls charging anywhere from a toaster oven trade up to prices similar to NYC etc. I think as long as you feel good about your rates and you are bringing in the kind of clientele you are looking for them keep on keepin on!
