Default Question About Rule #15

I just had an encounter with a provider who was clearly drunk, boasted about her love of alcohol, and actually continued drinking throughout the session.

If I write a review of this provider, must I leave these bits out or does alcohol not fall under rule #15?

Thank you.

Alcohol is legal so I really don't see where there would be a problem with it. I posted #15 for easier reference of the conversation.

#15 - There is no place in our forums for the general discussion or speculation of illicit drug use. This is to be considered a forbidden topic and mention of it will be removed.

Btw, thanks for asking.
