Trump approval jumps ahead of Odumbo’s midterm approval rating

President Trump's approval rating before the November elections has jumped to a higher level than former President Obama's ahead of the 2010 midterms, according to a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll....
Recent polls have put him at around a 90 percent approval rating among Republicans.

As always, it depends on which poll you look at.
The poll found with this link says;
"Among likely voters, however, Trump’s rating dips to 45 percent approve, 52 percent disapprove."

Obama's support in the NBC/Wall Street Journal Poll of October 28-30, 2010 among likely voters dropped to 44% approve and 52% disapprove from 45% approve and 50% disapprove among registered voters which you conveniently failed to mention.

+1
Which embraces the full thought behind the OP ... as opposed to a half-ass, cherry picked rebuttal.

Just think. President Obama had 95% positive news stories for eight years. President Trump has has 98% negative news coverage since he announced he was running.
Just think if President Trump just had a smidgen of Press support that President Obama had where he would be.

Stripper polls don't count.
Here's why your assessment fails. It's in the methodology and application of some social principles.
When polls were being taken while Obaminable was in office (or even today) folks were afraid of being called "racist" if they criticized the "First Black President."
Today folks are afraid of being shot if they praise the "First Brilliant President" in decades. So it's a matter of comparing Turds and Oranges (color "orange" hair .. got it?). So comparison polls are terribly skewered.
John Kerry learned that the hard way. Hillarious can't learn at all.

It's only a matter of "convenience" if one is capable of diagnosing and analyzing polls based on their relative applications and questions, not to mention an accurate recording of responses. In other words: When the pollster gets no answer ... like the phone is slammed down with a "fuck you"! .... in which column does the "fuck you" go? It goes in the "disapproval" column!!!!
That's why about 100,000 folks are showing up today to hear THE MAN speak .... in Houston!!! How many will show to hear Obaminable trash the U.S. today in Vegas? The "caravan" probably has more in it. And how much is Obaminable getting paid to hit Vegas again!!!

Anyone who says Trump's approval ratings have been rising in the past few weeks would seem to be correct from what I've seen. Many polls have him hitting the mid-40s as opposed to the low-40s, high 30s. On the other hand, Rasmussen poll, which usually gives Trump higher ratings than all other polls, saw a drop from 51% to 47% approval in their 2 most recent polls. Go figure.
Early voting starts today in Texas.

Interesting. The Toyota Center seats 18,000 people. That leaves 82,000 people wandering the streets of Houston around the Toyota Center. Should be a bonanza for street vendors.

As a follow up on the rally ....
... I'm getting some real time pics from friends and associates in the area waiting for the opportunity to at least be in the vicinity ...
... word is spreading that protesters are not welcome in the area ...
... and after any "protesters" are dispatched in the effort to Keep American Great ... the folks will be heading for "The Valley" to greet the illegals who believe they are "welcome" on this side of The River.
Keeping American Great!
There is a nasty little rumor floating around that the Colonel is entertaining the idea of sending three Texas Rangers to the border with six horses to prevent the necessity of the U.S. military being dispatched.

Can someone please tell my right wing Trump lovers how well the Dems did in the 2020 midterm...
Comparing Trimp to Obama is appropriate, seeing how both have Jom Jones like followers!

Thousands of people are lined up and bundled up, some of them in sleeping bags, in front of the Toyota Center for President Trump's rally today. - https://abc13.com/4534157/

I think there may be more people waiting in line for the Houston Trump rally than there are in that Central American mob winding it's way through Mexico.
