The email you received back in Feb at downgrade tells you what to do. Contact
websupport@eccie.net to have it restored. Or even simpler, click the "Contact Us" link over on the left side of every page on the site and let us know what you need. I have restored your status and you're good to go again.
Also, if you simply log into the site at least every 90 days (4 times a year) this won't be an issue and the account will not be downgraded due to inactivity. You don't even have to post anything, but you do need to log in.
