Not to pile on, but… yeah I agree. Iris has definitely been giving progressively worse service in my opinion. I’ve seen her 3 or 4 times and she didn’t seem to remember me at all this last visit. I used to work in harm reduction and know when someone is impaired on opioids/ benzodiazepines. If you can manage to book time with her sober probably a different experience. Had trouble having a basic conversation with her. Sad
