What is important is how the Mueller report impacts the 2020 election. Trump's approval rating, after inching upwards in early 2019, has taken a negative turn. Even Rasmussen has him at 45%, which is probably the lowest he's ever been with them. He remains the ONLY POTUS dating back to Truman who has never had an approval rating over 50% while in office according to FiveThirtyEight. I'll check in in about a week to see whether Trump's approval rating spikes up.
"President Trump seems to have won a political victory with the Mueller probe, which cleared him of conspiring with Russians during the 2016 president election, according to Attorney General William Barr.
But the Mueller findings will probably produce a modest and temporary bump in Trump’s approval rating, with voters promptly refocusing on issues that concern them most: the economy, health care and education. Like most presidents before him, Trump’s reelection prospects will most likely turn on the state of the economy in 2020, and whether voters felt Trump has made them better off in the long run."

Many POTUS's including Obama have not had two term average ratings over 50%. Hell Obama's two term was lower than GW's two term and only a smidge higher than Trump's current approval.
And we are a year and a half+ out of the 2020 General election.

You seem to take this as a surprise...and you see it as Trump making things worse since taking office...you have said so much in many posts.
Obummer approval rating right before this re-election wasn't that stellar... https://www.businessinsider.com/obam...gallup-2012-11
