The problem wasn't deregulation; it was deregulation WITHOUT border/immigration controls AND enforcement..........

What the American worker got was deregulation with massive flood of cheap labor from across our borders. Immigrants who would work for lower wages, while requiring massive government subsidy (healthcare, food stamps, school districts overwhelmed, and criminal justice system).

The policy was a bonanza for business; deregulation and cheap labor, and a disaster for working Americans.

FACT JACK.

America needs to get control of it's borders and immigration policies.

So you admit that reagan's deregulation was a disaster? He removed economic oversight, thinking that companies would check themselves. What he did was destroy the middle class in this country.
