Saw that and it may actually be true!
Last year I remember reading an article in the Dem/Gaz of a black male driving a black Range Rover. He was arrested for stealing the tip jar from the drive-in window of some restaurant. I thought if he was going to do something so stupid, he should at least drive a less conspicuous vehicle. Shortly after that, I saw a somewhat beat up black Range Rover being driven by a black male. It had to be him. How many black Range Rovers are around, and how many of those would be driven by someone that low class! Sounds like this is the same guy.

Without minimizing the potential threat , this is somewhat interesting vernacular as it lends itself to the supposition that the writer has to some degree some involvement with the purps. It doesn't appear to be a victim as it doesn't convey the emotional distress that a victim would be experiencing.
