Ballistic missile inbound Hawaii - Wonder how many people revealed

So today, peoples cell phones in Hawaii alerted with "Ballistic missile inbound, this is not a drill".

And then it was about 38 minutes before word was sent that it was a false alarm.

During that 38 minutes, I wonder how many people:

1) Had sex for what they thought was the last time.

2) Told their spouse "I hate you, I should have divorced you years ago".

3) Confessed to having an affair.

What would you do if there was a high probability that you would be blown up in 38 minutes?

Wonder how long it took to prep and make airborne the Boeing mounted laser that was designed to take care of these things?
