The women are on site. About a dozen or so dayshift 11AM-6PM and about a couple dozen night from 5-midnite. On weekends there are more girls. BB tries to keep a 2:1 ratio of girls to guys from what I have been told. Anyway, there have always been enough girls to go around the times I've been there. If you want a girl all nite (TLN), you need to get her before midnite when they all leave. Or you can actually schedule a girl through the mamasan.
