It's "freedom, as long as conforms to my whims and world view or religious beliefs" with most folks.

Hence the copious amount of othering that goes on and the endless need to have the converstions at the extremes rather than in the middle.

The drag queen's point was simple. The folks who complain most about grooming by "others" often look very much like the folks who keep getting caught actually grooming. But instead we're going to focus on the obvious "other"

I've never heard of drag queens doing anything more than being dramatic. Not violent, and often not gay, but as men, most don't even want to be women; they just want to dress up like them. They don't bother me, but I also don't agree that children need to be exposed to anything sexual at tender ages, including at book readings. Come dressed in a potato sack instead...it's about the book and making kids enjoy them. That said, teenage boys being read penthouse /hustler forum, by a skantilly clad model sounds like it would be exciting, but is equally inappropriate. Hyper sexuality just creates issues down the road, and can fuck up young impressionable minds. (But I like the idea of the later better than a drag queen.- but both are wrong)

Because the premise is stupid. I haven’t seen a priest on that show either, but that doesn’t mean they don’t fiddle alter boys. The network would walk out of the house and not air the show if they did happen upon a tranny, so the point is moot anyways.

Tranny's are not inheritability violent. The point of pushing that argument is not founded in truth. I don't think Dems think of then as pawns for that cause specifically,but as representative of any non violent cause that has opposition that is potentially violent. Gays, fems or any group castigated as less than others will rise up. That's human nature....so why the surprised reference to that?

Has anyone seen evidence of sexualized drag performances in front of children? I have. So when everyone kicks and screams to allow sexualized performances in front of children, I find it to be extremely disturbing. It seems like some of you want to desperately support drag for some reason. If that's the case, perhaps mention for audiences over 18. Then yeah I don't have a problem with that.
