I understand your feelings but you have the opportunity to run a business and eliminate barriers.You could place a policy in effect that you are not a referee and they can't pull you into any conflict.Resolving their own problems is good business practice.Good point considered on what to expect.I worked for a company that didn't tolerate any conflict.Two guys were in the parking lot fighting over something petty and they both were fired.People heard them yelling and acting a fool.
You have a whore house and they know that drama will get them booted out the door for 24 hours without a source of income they will learn.Maybe.I am curious on how something can be changed for the better.
