If prostitution became legal would it help or hinder the business?
Ok I had this convo in the chat room earlier and it seems there is kind of a split in opinion most of the hobbyists thought things would get better if it was legal while there was s split among providers on if it would be good for biz or not.
I will break it down into pros & cons(speculation so you dont have to agree).
Pros for hobbyists:
1. it will bring prices down, as more providers enter the field there is more compatition, and thats always good for prices.
2. safety because its a legal business it will be regulated providers will most likely have to be tested for things bleach and penacillin wont wash off.
4. variaty because of the openess more ladies(and guys) would enter the market so there would be even MORE choices.
Pros for Providers:
1. less fear of jail time.
2. less feaar of jail time
3. and more clients(because they also would have "Less fear of jail time")
Cons for hobbyists:
1. well ummmm sorry cant think of any maybe you guys can.
Cons for Providers:
1. more compatition so may have to charge less to compete.
2. will have to now pay taxes, and pay to get licensed.
3. now instead of just having to worry about bad reviews on the forums, now hobbyists can report to the better business bureau.
Now I would like your opinions on the subject.

Well this one won't be read by OP as he is now banned.
Abuse of the PM system to harrass the women.

like him or not, he got people talking. Guys like him do jumpstart discussions and make more people contribute which in the end gives us all more information to make informed decisions.
I must admit I did check out his website. I would like to think I am hobbying in the class above his target audience.

Exactly sir! I believe that post received the highest reply count on the board thus far. Discuss and contribute, members making "informed decisions". THAT is what we are here for.

So if a provider is listed under their "Favs", does it mean they did one of the free sessions?

Most likely he signed them up himself to try to draw new members and added pics from BP. Most of the forums he has set up have no entries or threads. It looks to me like most of it has been self generated. Good riddance. I would hope we don't need asshole/bottom feeders like this to start popular or interesting discussions.

On another board, there is a thread started by ladies who were surprised to find themselves on his site. Not good.

My ECCIE Reviews

Well, I received many phone calls asking "my opinions of the site". I am just very happy that I don't have photos posted anywhere.
Now, back on topic...LOL! I don't think legalized prostitution would help nor hinder MY business at all but it would probably result in MANY new providers and therefore increase business.
I'm trying to ignore the drama of the OP...have a nice day ya'll!

I'm issuing points to everyone for not staying on topic...............
LEGALIZATION WILL MAKE IT WORSE
If there is an interest to the question asked, I do not believe it would make it better. Look at Nevada. Legal and I would not spend a dime there. It IS regulated and controlled. They push it 70 miles out of town. They are extremely overpriced, most only do CBJ as it is the rule at most brothels. If you have looked at the list of ladies, they are not that nice. They are certainly not as nice as many here in DFW. I also suspect that being regulated as one suggests, it will quickly become almost "union like". I do NOT believe it would serve to increase competition or quality.
Another issue is the state licensing that would probably be required. Dancers have to have a license so why would prostitutes not have one also. Many providers do it UTR with fake names etc so family would not know. With legalization, I do not see that being an option anymore.

I am for decriminalization, not legalization. Keep it off the streets, but don't bother the incall independent provider. Continue to go after pimps though.
Introuble, you are a mod now?!
